What this site is

This site lists public events across Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino and San Diego counties in California, and Maricopa County in Arizona. We do not sell tickets. Every listing links out to the source that published it.

What we collect

You can browse and search this site without signing in, and without giving us anything.

If you sign in to save events, we receive your name, email address and profile image from Google, and we store them so we can show you what you have saved. We store the events, venues, performers, organizers, categories and searches you choose to follow.

If you submit an event as an organizer, we store the details you provide along with your name and email address so we can review the submission and contact you about it.

How we use it

We use your email address to sign you in and, if you have followed something, to tell you when it is cancelled, postponed, moved, or when a new event matches a search you saved. You can turn any of those off. We do not send marketing email from this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Event information

Event listings come from ticketing platforms, public agencies and organizers. That information belongs to those sources, and each listing credits its source and links back to it. If you are an event owner and want a listing removed, contact us at the address below and we will remove it within 24 hours.

Cookies

We use two cookies, both functional. One keeps you signed in. The other remembers the location you last browsed, so that returning here shows your area rather than all six counties. It holds only a county, state or city name. It does not record what you searched for, which events you looked at, or anything that identifies you.

Whenever a remembered location is being applied, the page says so and offers a one-click way to clear it and see everything.

We do not run advertising on this site, and we use no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Nothing from these cookies is shared with or sold to anyone.

Approximate location

When you first arrive we may suggest a nearby city, worked out from your internet connection rather than from your device. We do not ask your browser or phone for your precise location, and nothing is filtered until you choose it. That estimate is used to make the suggestion and is not stored.

Deleting your data

Write to us and we will delete your account, everything you have saved, and your notification preferences.

A few honest notes about what this calendar is, and what it is not.

This calendar is for enjoyment

It is published for information and entertainment only, to help neighbors find something worth doing. It is not advice of any kind, and nothing on it forms an agreement between us.

We do not sell tickets

No ticket is ever sold here, and no booking or payment is taken. When a listing links out to tickets, that link goes to the organizer or their ticketing provider, and your purchase is entirely between you and them.

Please check before you set off

Listings are gathered automatically from public calendars and event feeds, and organizers change plans without telling us. Dates, times, prices, age limits and venues can all move, and events are sometimes cancelled. Always confirm the details on the organizer’s own page - which every listing links to - before traveling or spending money.

No endorsement, and no gatekeeping

Appearing here is not a recommendation. We do not vet, rate or endorse organizers, venues or performers, and we are not responsible for what happens at an event. Equally, we do not curate by viewpoint or belief, and nobody pays for a place on this calendar. We may highlight favorites now and then, and we will say so when we do. We remove a listing only when its source asks us to, or when it is unlawful.

You will not be chased about real estate

You will see the Holly Hatch & Chris Johnson Luxury Homes name here, because we publish this calendar for the communities we work in. Browsing it does not add you to a mailing list, and nobody will ring you about your home because you looked up a concert. If you would ever like to talk real estate, though, we would genuinely love to hear from you - the number below is a standing invitation, never an obligation.
